Our Appeal to the Town of Barnstead
Not "appeal" in terms of attraction. I mean APPEAL from the legal sense

We received a "Cease and Desist" letter to halt all operations on our farm including the construction of our new barn and use and access of our Rabbit Barn, Greenhouse and Cabins. They are requiring we go through Site Plan Review for a business that no longer exist on our farm.
We are asking that anyone who supports our farm, visited our farm, has enjoyed the FREE public use and access to our farm to PLEASE plan to attend our Public Appeal on Monday December 16th at 7pm at Town Hall.
This is a very complicated turn of events that has been further complicated from lack of communication and severe lack of diligence from the town. I am a former Planning Board Clerk (resigned March 2024) and a current Planning Board Member, and my husband currently sits as a member on ZBA. I have deliberately left out over a year of correspondence, permits and more for confidentiality reasons and legal reasons. More details will be forthcoming.
