The Farm Workbench

The Farm Workbench is a hands-on workshop series rooted in traditional farm skills, practical making, and working with your hands in a real farm setting.

Each session focuses on a specific skill or project drawn from everyday farm life—woodworking, basic repairs, hand tools, small builds, and practical techniques that support working farms and homesteads. This is not a demonstration or lecture. Participants work at the bench, handle the tools, and leave with both experience and a finished piece or usable knowledge.

Classes are intentionally small to allow for guidance, questions, and real instruction. No prior experience is required unless noted. The emphasis is on learning by doing, understanding materials, and building confidence through practice.

This is a working farm. Expect a practical, grounded environment—not a polished studio—and come prepared to work.
