Our Fox & Crow Farm Poultry Brine combines farm-grown herbs, natural sea salt, and aromatic seasoning that elevates any roast. Each 8-ounce tin yields enough brine for one whole turkey (12–16 lbs) or several smaller meals.
This recipe is inspired by the same flavors we use in our own farm kitchen—rosemary, sage, thyme, and juniper blended with brown sugar for a perfect sweet-savory balance.
How to Use:
1. Boil 2 quarts of water with 1 cup of brine mix until dissolved.
2. Cool completely, then add 2 more quarts of cold water and 1–2 cups of ice.
3. Submerge poultry in the brine and refrigerate for 12–24 hours.
4. Rinse, pat dry, and roast, smoke, or grill to perfection.
